First let me start by saying this is our first ever White water rafting adventure. From start to finish this was the best experience my wife and I could have asked for. Upon arrival everyone was extremely nice and professional, from checking in to the bus ride to the let-in. Clarity, safety, being assured to having a great time while on the Upper Yough. and what a ride it was! We were paired with Hannah, her calmness, professionalism and clarity on the “what ifs” set the tone while setting up the different levels of the trip. The “what if” happened to my wife and the safety technique’s returned her to the raft👍 Allowing us to continue without issue. Hannah’s excellent at reading the environmentals on the river! All safety protocols are followed to the tee. Me being a former Marine understand protocol. The photographer took exceptional pictures. The food after the trip was a great way to end the adventure. We will definitely recommend Precision Rafting to all our friends. We’ll always remember this wild but exciting trip on the Upper Yough.

We've been whitewater rafting 3 times, and this was by far the best. We did the Upper Yough, the 4 and 5 class rapids, and we were happy to say we didn't fall out. There were 5 people in our group which made us have two rafts, one guided by Rob and one guided by Zack. The experience was the best due to a few things. 1) The rafts here are just better. They had a placeholder for your foot in the front, and some other companies don't have that. With that being said, 2.) It's very obvious they take safety very seriously here, and its their number 1 priority. They repeat over and over what not to do and what to do. I was doing some things I learned on other trips, and they said no, do it this way, it's better. All staff persons were on observation mode, doing safety checks for all the boats throughout the ride. The QA was just outstanding and well coordinated. You can tell they go through multiple trainings. Everytime we made it through a rapid we'd move aside to wait for the other boats and Rob always got the rope prepared just in case someone from another boat fell out 3) Rob and Zack were extremely knowledgeable. They knew the river and area really well. Zack had great humor. They both are good leaders yelling out the commands. 4.) The company had food and drinks and pictures of our ride at the end of the trip. Food and drinks were included in the trip, but you could purchase your pics. Dillon took great pics. The real MVP is Rodger. I think he's the director? Manager? He's in his 60s in the best shape. He led and directed that trip, and it seems the staff love him.

My group had such a great time on our float trip! Jeff was an exceptional guide-- incredibly skilled and so knowledgeable. He made sure we had the best experience on the water which allowed all of us to just relax and truly enjoy nature in all its glory. 100/10 highly recommend Precision (and Jeff!)
